Raw Tails are deveined, cleaned, brined and frozen.
Tails have the most meat usually in lobsters. Meat portion in one tail is small make sure you get many tails for bigger portions.
Instructions: defrost overnight in fridge. boil in water for 5-10minutes. Color will become red. Cut shell with knife or use fork to remove meat. Use with salads or dip in some lemon oil/cocktail sauce.
