Yellow Fin Premium Tuna Fillet Sashimi Grade (Frozen 400g-600g)

  • Sashimi Grade Akami Tuna. Used at the high quality sushi restaurants.
  • To unfreeze: remove from plastic packaging of the desired cut or full block. Best to cover and refrigerate overnight in a drip bowl (allowing some air to enter from bottom and any liquids to drip). Or place under water in package for 30mins if in a hurry. Once defrosted, consume within 24-36 hours for raw/sashimi top grade (2-3 days for cooking).
  • Do Not freeze again once defrosted.
  • Exact weight of block is between 400g and 600g depending on size (price is fixed unless otherwise contacted)
