Le Sushi Bar:

 Great ambience, presentation and service. Currently the most expensive sushi place in Lebanon. But if you’re looking for the best sushi quality and taste, it’s not it for now. Total score 6.5/10

Pros :

+The salmon quality is good overall. Imported Scottish salmon
+Excellent marinated salmon dish.
+Tasty crunchy shrimp🍤 tempura
+They don’t serve surimi (sushi fake crab served in all restaurants), only real crab meat 🦀
+Some tasty ura makis like the salmon wrap pieces
+ Great presentation and service 🍱
+The ambience and restaurant design is attractive. They won a restaurant global design award.

Cons :

-Expected salmon quality and texture to be better (check pic 7), compared to high end restaurants.
-For the prices 💵 you’re paying, the ura makis need to have more fish ingredients. Many Ura Makis tasted mostly crispy and rice.
-Temaki nori isn’t toasted to be crunchy, it’s chewy.
-The carpaccio octopus 🐙 is very plain and average. Tasted much better meaty carpaccio octopus.

Items not to miss:

Marinated Salmon. Shrimp Tempura. Geisha ura maki.

Pricing:

 bill details in last slide. Very expensive. Around 30 000 LL/piece. This is not less than 850 000 LL/person.

Conclusion:

average sushi currently, quality and taste improvements are needed to match the pricing and image.
