Sushi dinner @sushitsunami @thebackyardhazmieh . Recommended if you’re looking for high quality sushi. Quality: 8/10, Total: 7.5/10. Rainbow maki set of 20 pcs mix at 80 000 LL, and salmon selection 18 pcs at 80 000 LL (on visit date).

Pros :

– Excellent quality salmon. Many pieces seemed like cut from belly area, fatty, flavorful and juicy. The sashimi had the light crunch to it, with the salmon taste I always look for, mouth-melting.
– Very good rice to fish ratio. Not too much and not too little. Rich with fish pieces.
– Ripe and high quality flavorful avocado.
– The staff is attentive and friendly, and the backyard’s atmosphere is appealing.

Cons :

– The place is relatively expensive. 20 pcs set at 80 000 LL with smaller pieces than other places (but they have a 20pcs set for 70 000 LL). The price of 4000 LL/piece is a bit too much.
– The meal wasn’t enough because the pieces are small; you need a couple sets to be full.
– The place was supposed to follow a 50% capacity for covid precautions standards but was almost full and crowded outside.
