Sushi takeaway from @caviarsushibar forn el chebbak.

This review is the total average of two visits. The first time the sushi wasn’t tasty, the second time it was good. Average total score: 60/100

Pros:

Yesterday, the salmon was very good, fresh and great taste. The combinations were juicy. The avocado was ripe and portion rich in fish. They currently have a 1$/piece offer on selected items, which is a great value for money (the sashimi in picture are not included in the offer). They also have other offers.

Cons:

The first time I tried it (more than a year ago) it wasn’t good at all and I didn’t post about it. This shows inconsistency in taste. Even though the first time the service was professional, yesterday it wasn’t, not giving the customer attention and not a good experience overall (the owner was not there). The crispy pieces had barely any crispy flakes. The presentation should be better.

Conclusion:

yesterday the sushi was good, but seems like there‘s an inconsistency in both food and service. The story poll votes show that as well. How was it for you?
