Ichiban, Hamra, July 2017 and 2018 – Open sushi formula:

I gave Ichiban a 3rd chance before coming to this final review.

Taste: 4.5/10

The taste was dull, and the fish flavors were absent. The only things that had a noticeable taste were the added sauces (teryaki, mayo..)

Quality: 4/10

The fish had dull colors, there were not noticeable white strips on the salmon sushi, everything was pale, which indicates low quality and non freshness. Some pieces had a bad fishy smell that could lead to food poisoning.

Value for money: 5.5/10

There were no real value, but the price is regular and competitive (33$)

Conclusion: this is the last I visit this place. The sauces and mixes can hide the bad quality.
