Great presentation, but sadly this second recent visit @osakasushilounge was less favorable than the first one. Staff said it was because the main chef was absent. Still good quality overall but not as expected.

-Dry uncooked rice in many pieces 🍙 -Many dry items overall instead of juicy like last time, especially shrimp. 🍤 -Oily Tempura, Oily glazed scallops and shrimp -Salmon sashimi or Salad was out of stock (happened with many customers before) -Staff isn’t very present when someone needs help.
Pricing:
Over 20 000 LL/piece more than a month ago (now probably higher), but value for money wasn’t great this time.
