Chirashi is japanese sushi bowl (little similar to poke bowl but japanese authentic style with sushi rice base)

• 130-150g top grade Scottish salmon sashimi (packed in vacuum sealing or Tupperware box)
• Sushi Rice Bowl Cooked for 1
• Sesame dressing, ginger
• Add ons: avocado, mango
• Add ons: Tobiko / Ebiko eggs orange

Storage: You can put in fridge for up to 24 hours, but best fresh within less than 12 hours (especially cooked rice)
