Delivery: We deliver most products all over Lebanon, except frozen items and fresh fish in Beirut District only. Each product description indicates if it delivers in Beirut or all over Lebanon. Delivery is within 1-2 days in Beirut, and 2-5 days outside. Delivery is usually between 3pm-7pm in Beirut, and working hours outside Beirut. If you need same delivery in Beirut, contact us on before 5pm on whatsapp to see if it is possible. The delivery company will contact you before delivering. Add any delivery notes at the cart page while checking out. Payment is cash on delivery in LBP (Specify in order notes if otherwise).
Returns: you can return any product you buy unopened in the same condition you received it for a full refund within 3 days from the date it was received (except fresh fish and frozen items). Delivery charge is only payable. We cover the full delivery charge for any product’s mistake from our end.

Mix this Kimchi base with your preferred vegetables, put it in a well closed jar, and let it ferment in fridge or room temperature for 3-5 days. You can open the jar once daily to squeeze in the vegetables under the sauce, and even taste it to see if it's to your liking at any time. It stays good for around a month, but the more you leave it fermenting the more sour it may become. So consume it whenever you feel it suits your taste.

Quite delicious, literally adding it to everything as it’s packed with flavor. A bit salty, but then again it’s kimchi base so it’s alright.
