These tiny raw fish eggs, considered one of the most treasured sushi roe, are frequently added as a garnish or finishing touch to rolls, especially the renowned California roll. They’re also wonderful as sashimi on their own. The eggs are tiny, measuring between 0.5 and 0.8 mm in diameter.
