  • To unfreeze: remove from plastic packaging of the desired cut or full block. Cover and refrigerate overnight in a drip bowl (allowing some air to enter from bottom and any liquids to drip) (or for 8-12 hours). Once defrosted, consume same day or next day for raw or cooked consumption.
  • Do Not freeze again already defrosted tuna. Can only be defrosted one time.
  • Exact weight and price of block is between 200g and 400g depending on size.
