Shipping and returns.
Shipping/Delivery
We deliver all over Lebanon. Frozen and fresh products are delivered within Beirut district (Dawra to Airport Road).
Delivery is within 1-2 days in Beirut District, and 3-5 business days outside.
The delivery company will contact you before delivering. You can also add any delivery notes at the cart page while checking out.
Payment is by cash on delivery in LBP (Specify in notes if otherwise).
Returns
You can request a return of any product within 3 days from when it was received for a full refund or store credit. Delivery return charge is only payable. We cover the full delivery charge for any product’s mistake from our end.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for returns because of their sensitive condition. Non returnable items:
- Fresh / chilled Fish
- Frozen items
