Fresh Wasabi Root 1 Stem. Size around 100g-150g (Japan)

Authentic Wasabi  are renowned for their distinctive flavor and aroma.
Unlike most wasabi products in market which are horseradish, real wasabi offers a complex taste profile with subtle sweetness, mild heat, and lingering umami notes.

How to use:

• Remove the bottom part by cutting a very thin layer with the knife
• Grate using a metal ginger grater or a if you have a one, a shark skin grater. Even a metal garlic grater can work.
• Put wasabi in a small plate leave 5mins before eating to richen the taste. Only grate what you need to keep fresh taste.

How to Preserve:

• If you don’t use it within a couple of days, you can wrap it with paper towel and put it in a plastic bag wrap it in fridge. You can use for a month or more.
• You can also grate it all and freeze it you prefer to use throughout the year.
