How to use:

1. Place water in a pan (low level)
2. Add your dumplings/fish/veggies on top of a cabbage piece inside the bamboo basket
3. Place bamboo basket inside pan
4. Turn on gaz at high heat to boil water & start steaming. Close the bamboo basket lid (until your item is steamed: for example dumplings 6-8 minutes)
