Usuba Sushi Shop: Good Quality But Needs a Lot of Improvement

Usuba Sushishop:

Sushi trip to Bekaa Zahle, trying @usubasushishop . Better than expected quality ingredients, but needs improvement with rolling and mixes. Average experience overall, compared to the good quality restaurants in Beirut.

Pros :

+Good quality fresh Norwegian salmon
+Yellow fin tuna
+The roll with tempura shrimp inside and salmon / tuna wrap was very delicious
+Friendly chef rolling in front of you
+ Attractive pub style atmosphere

Cons :

– Crab salad was a little dry
– Rolling finishing wasn’t very good
– Most mixes weren’t very tasty
– The panko fried roll order was a little tasteless, we didn’t eat it
– Very small place quickly crowded
