Ginger & Co Hazmieh:

 A good quality restaurant overall using imported salmon. But I’d avoid special sauces mixes sets. They increased prices since my last visit 💵

Pros :

+Premium quality imported salmon.
+ Good portion size: big pieces and big sashimi
+Good presentation
+Not bad value for money compared to similar quality restaurants

Cons :

-Crab 🦀salad was at 70 000 LL and had barely any crab (surimi) in it. Mostly vegetables.
-The royal set (20pieces), had 12 almost inedible pieces due to a Lot of strong flavor sauces similar to fast food dishes. Couldn’t finish the set. They need to fix it.
-Service was very average, no one was following up or checking tables.
-Many fruit flies outside check pic number 6 be careful when eating

Items not to miss:

Salmon passion set overall, and mango shrimp tempura maki:

Pricing:

Salmon passion set 28pcs now for 360 000 LL. Royal set 20 pcs now for 360 000 LL.

Conclusion:

Would get the salmon passion set again, even at the new price. But I would avoid the special sauces pieces for now.
