Quality 7.5/10:

The fish quality was good and fresh. The crispy was crunchy, and all ingredients in general were of good quality. The salmon sashimi were very good but their texture was softer than expected, melted too quickly in the mouth, which is not usual but not an issue.

Taste 7.5/10:

The taste was very good, except the rice was still a little bit chewy, but overall the different tastes were mouth watering. From teriyaki mixes to cheese to spices and fresh fish and avocado.

Open sushi variety 85/10:

For a sushi conveyor, the variation was great! As pictures show, the chefs prepare extra special pieces trays upon your request. You tell the waiter which ingredient you want and the chef will prepare new trays! You can even tell them to make you special sashimi pieces, mixed with cheese, avocado and teriyaki (check pic). These were the best.

Value for money 85/10:

35$ seemed a little above average at a first glance (usually 31$). But the formula is VERY valuable for this amount. Crab salad + Fried Appetizers + Open sushi + Fondant desert! Including 9 pieces of sashimi! 35$ is an attractive deal.

Notes: the hospitality was great and service was fast. The open sushi is available daily.
