Pros :

+High quality scottish salmon. Nothing beats the taste of scottish raw salmon. Very flavorful.
+Generous ingredients, big salmon pieces in makis and sushi
+Good amount of rice in most pieces
+Ripe avocados🥑 and well cooked rice

Cons :

-The pricing is similar to the higher end places and presentation needs to be totally different and better. Plastic transparent package, soy sauce dripping in bag.
-Small sashimi pieces, smaller than usual
-Some storage and turnover for salmon freshness and texture still need some attention. The texture and freshness could be a little better.

Conclusion:

Good experience overall, but if they need to compete with high prices/quality restaurants they need to raise the standards more. PS: order was anonymous
