Open Sushi formula (Every Monday for 33$/person)

If you’re looking for a good open sushi formula and don’t mind the distance to Jbeil, this place is very recommended.

Pros:

Fresh and high quality salmon and fish in general 🐟. Tasty crab 🦀 salad. Variety and flavors in the sushi pieces, rich ingredients, fresh crispy and well mixed combinations. The pieces with grilled salmon, cheese and avocado wraps were the best. Around four pieces of sashimi per person are allowed.

Cons:

The pieces had a little too much rice. Not sure if this is only the case for open sushi pieces to get full faster or if this is their sushi pieces standards (make sure to ask for less rice in your order). The formula does not include Temakis, which are my favorite.
