Next Day Delivery: We deliver most products all over Lebanon, except frozen items and fresh fish in Beirut District only. Each product description indicates if it delivers in Beirut or all over Lebanon. Delivery is within 1-2 days in Beirut, and 2-5 days outside. Delivery is usually between 12pm-6pm in Beirut, and working hours outside Beirut. The delivery company will contact you before delivering. Add any delivery notes at the cart page while checking out. Payment is cash on delivery in LBP (Specify in order notes if otherwise).
Free Returns/exchange: you can return or exchange any product you buy unopened in the same condition you received it for a full refund within 3 days from the date it was received (except fresh fish and frozen items). Delivery charge is only payable. We cover the full delivery charge for any product’s mistake from our end.
