- Raw Tails are deveined, cleaned, brined and frozen.
- Tails have the most meat usually in lobsters. Meat portion in one tail is small make sure you get many tails for bigger portions.
- Instructions: defrost overnight in fridge. boil in water for 5-10minutes. Color will become red. Cut shell with knife or use fork to remove meat. Use with salads or dip in some lemon oil/cocktail sauce.
- Big size around 150g per tail
- Flash Frozen at peak quality to ensure ultimate freshness.
