Open sushi @spinneyslebanon signature beirut souks downtown branch 📍. Now for around 390 000 LL per person. Happy hours from 5-8pm (no sashimi) for 290 000 LL/person.

Probably the current only available option for edible imported salmon in open sushi but with very limited variety and too much rice. Total 7/10 🍱

Pros :

+ Imported salmon (not the greatest quality but not using local trout/salmon) 🐟
+Value for money is there with all you can eat at 390 000 LL (or 290 000 LL happy hours) 💵
+Tasty good quality crab, big crab salad portion

Cons :

-Very limited variety (almost same combinations)
-Too much rice in all pieces, some with mostly rice 🍙
-Salmon imported but not the greatest quality, less flavorful
-If you go during happy hours you usually have to wait for your turn 🚦
