SteakBarSushi: Great Quality, Makis Mixes Need Improvement

SteakBarSushi:

One of the best/freshest quality ingredients I’ve recently tried, with some room for improvement for ura makis pieces.

Pros :

+Amazing fish quality. Imported (scottish/norwegian) super fresh salmon. Mouth melting white fish marinated sashimi.
+One of the best salmon temakis, full with fresh marinated salmon.
+Exotic pieces combination
+Special othmaliyeh pineapple shrimp 🍤 piece (exotic but not to everyone’s taste)
+Fresh and tasty big portion orange spinach salad
+Cozy atmosphere and seating
+Friendly staff and transparent with customers

Cons :

-While the ingredients are very high quality, the ura makis can be better. Pieces are small, need a bit more fish. And combinations can be better. I would personally stick to the Temakis/Sashimis/Nigiris there
-Low menu variety for sushi (few makis choices, no crab..)

Pricing:

 Pricing was around 30 000 LL per 4 pieces (update: prices increased now), or per Temaki or per Sashimis. Above market prices but worth it for better quality and freshness.

Conclusion:

one of the best quality places but I would go for Sashimi/Temakis/Nigiri (which were my favorites) rather than ura makis currently.
