Sushi Circle: This time it wasn’t that good

Sushi Circle Ashrafieh – June 2018

Expected this place to be better, since I used to eat there a couple years ago, but was kind of disappointed the last time.

Pros:

The salmon salad item is for around 12 000 LL and offers great value for money (when fresh), even though the other items are not that affordable. I am used to get it for that reason. The dynamite shrimp is good and fresh, and they offer special pieces like sushi balls and club sushi which are usually really good.

Cons:

The salmon was not fresh, tasted pre prepared and dry, which was especially obvious in the salmon salad. This ruined the taste of the sushi and experience in general. It was around 11 pm but this should not have affected the freshness of food served.
