Pros:

Fresh ingredients. Wide variety: ura maki big variation, 2 sashimi and 2 nigiri 🍣 orders per person and open crab salad. Crab salad is delicious. The shrimp 🦐 is fresh and clean. The best piece was the volcano piece (in pic). Grilled salmon also available in variety. The atmosphere is pleasant: calm and high end. Open sushi is daily.

Cons:

The salmon could’ve been better. The sashimi was chewy, the fish was fresh but I tasted better salmon (texture, taste). The service is slow. The “tokyo ocean weed” piece in pic wasn’t tasty (very strong seaweed taste). The place is a bit hard to find.
