Live Cooking 8/10: choose from a selection of sets (seafood/chicken/meat). Seafood at around 250 000 LL/person.
+Set includes Miso soup, small Salad, Spring roll, Grilled Vegetables, Garlic Fried Rice, Main Dish (and green tea upon request 🍵 ).
+The vegetables and seafood are live grilled in front of you and added to your plate.
+The chef is friendly and does a small live cooking show (Fire, Drawing with Food..)
+The combination of rice and grilled seafood (shrimp🦐, calamar, salmon) is very tasty.
-The overall portion is good enough but the main course portion is average.
The Sushi 6.5/10:
+Overall the sushi is good quality and fresh. Scottish/Norwegian salmon.
+Good presentation and pieces size
-But expected better sushi from Benihana. The sashimi/salmon lost a little texture and flavor, probably because they receive the salmon as frozen fillet (discussed with management).
-The pieces are a little plain/dry and could be more flavorful

Competitively priced live cooking formula prices mentioned above 👍🏼 (upon visit). Sushi at around 14 000 LL/piece.
Recommended live cooking experience. Sushi still needs some improvement. But the mix of the two is appealing.
