Overview:

Very good start, better than expected.

Pros:

Good quality and fresh salmon (royal gourmet brand by the founder of meat the fish). Great presentation; pieces’ size is ideal; not too big and not too small, making the mix flavorful with juat Very affordable prices. Regular and special pieces are at 1750LL per piece. The set offers are affordable. Matsushima 16 pcs at 20 000 LL and Dijuma 20 pcs at 25 000 LL. My favorite pieces are the one with shrimp on top and the regular salmon sushi (swipe ➡️ for pics)

Cons:

Some pieces have a lot of fruits in them, pineapple and mango, tastes very fruity to me, not to my taste, especially the pineapple. The avocado wasn’t ripe at all but crunchy; it shouldn’t have been served in this case. The staff is still unexperienced in japanese cuisine and couldn’t answer questions regarding menu or ingredients, forks and knifes were offered as well.

Conclusion:

very good start viewing price and quality, hope they stay consistent.
