Oden:

cozy small place in mazraat yashou3. Would have given it 7.5/10 but it wasn’t 100% anonymous as the manager recognized me

Pros :

+ Imported Norwegian salmon. Good quality overall.
+ Mix salad fresh ingredients. Crab, salmon, avocado, mango (prepared anonymously)
+ Excellent taste temaki salmon. Good salmon to rice portion, good mayo marination, toasted temaki.
+ Very good sushi rice 🍙. Well cooked and mixed
+Tasty sweet chili ura maki mix
+ Tasty ginger, no dry taste
+ Friendly service

Cons :

-The nigiri had too much rice under the fish 🍣
– One of the salmon sashimi had some black spot on it could be normal like a blood vessel but not really sure
– The almond special sauce they serve wasn’t to my taste (many people like it)
-The crispy ura makis werent crispy

Items not to miss:

Salmon temaki (if it’s always toasted). Sweet chili makis.

Pricing:

salmon set 19 pieces for 250 000 LL. They have mix sets for around 10 000 LL/piece (posted in my story highlights “sets prices”).

Conclusion:
