Sushi call: Salmon Needs Improvement

Sushi call:

Salmon is imported (not local trout) but I didn’t eat it (details below). For now can’t recommend it salmon, crab pieces are not bad.

Pros :

+ Crab pieces are good enough, rich in crab, with overall good sauces. Crab salad wasn’t bad as well.
+Friendly owner and service

Cons :

– Salmon is imported but I didn’t eat it as it was a little watery and too soft, probably due to handling/defrosting, type . Told the owner about it.

The above is not very obvious in mixes, but noticeable when your order a salmon sashimi.

Pricing:

48 pieces mox crab salmon + 2 crab salads for 400 000 LL. Not very suitable for dine in (delivery focused place)

Conclusion:

Do I recommend it? Salmon softness and less flavor isn’t very noticeable in pieces mixes. But for now I would go for crab. Might give it another shot later. Tried it?
