Osaka:

A high end mix of authentic and modern sushi. Could it be the top sushi restaurant after crisis till now? @osakasushilounge minet l hosn, beirut. Total 9/10.

Pros :

+Super fresh, well stored and premium quality fish. Salmon, white fish, scallops.
+Big flavorful pieces. Big sashimi and nigiri portion 🍣
+ Crunchy temaki with roasted nori, filled with salmon/tuna
+ Very big selection of pieces🍱, each with different flavors and ingredients, raw and grilled
+One of the best shrimp 🍤 tempura I’ve ever had. Big juicy shrimp piece, fresh, crunchy and not oily.
+ Good value for money upon visit (not affordable, but compared to similar high end places)

Cons :

-The futo maki rocca 🍃was a little dry and it mostly tasted like rocca
-Not really a con because the value for money is much better than similar high end restaurants but it’s an expensive place.

Items not to miss:

The shrimp tempura. Salmon sashimi. Temaki. (All items ordered are recommended, except rocca futo maki)

Conclusion:
