Rich in white color of the fatty tuna.
To unfreeze: remove from plastic packaging of the desired cut or full block. Cover and refrigerate in a drip bowl (for 8-12 hours). Once defrosted, consume same day or next day for raw or cooked consumption.
Do Not freeze again already defrosted tuna. Can only be defrosted one time.
