- This premium Japanese bluefin Otoro tuna is frozen at -70 degree celsius.
- For regular home freezer it can be stored up to 2 weeks for best results.
- Weight: between 900g and 1kg
- Mouth melting fattiest part of blue fin tuna. Used at the high end sushi restaurants worldwide.
- Rich in white color of the fatty tuna.
- To unfreeze: remove from plastic packaging of the desired cut or full block. Cover and refrigerate in a drip bowl (for 8-12 hours). Once defrosted, consume same day or next day for raw or within 2 days for cooked consumption.
- Do Not freeze again already defrosted tuna. Can only be defrosted one time.
