To unfreeze: remove from plastic packaging of the desired cut or full block. Cover and refrigerate overnight in a drip bowl (allowing some air to enter from bottom and any liquids to drip) (or for 8-12 hours). Once defrosted, consume same day or next day for raw or cooked consumption.
Do Not freeze again already defrosted tuna. Can only be defrosted one time.
Exact weight and price of block is between 1.3kg and 2.2kg depending on size.
