A new restaurant in Bsalim offering up to the standards sushi with affordable prices.
Pros:
The salmon and shrimp 🦐 are fresh, good quality and have a good taste. The rolls are well wrapped, the presentation is excellent; the sashimi salmon was served on an ice plate. The mixes are innovative, crunchy and tasty. The rice 🍚 is very well cooked. The prices are very competitive, 6 pieces at 11 000 LL (6 special pieces at 15 000 LL). They also have sets at around 1$/piece. Every menu item has its picture next to it which is very practical. The place is neat and cozy and the ambience is friendly.
Cons:
The salmon&crab salad had little salmon and seemed more like a traditional salad than a Japanese sushi salad (They said they might fix this). The dumplings 🥟 needed more shrimp in them. Some pieces had a bit extra rice. The regular orders are per 6 pieces each (not 4), which makes it harder to try many variations (unless you’re a group of 3).
