Mitsuya Jemmayze: High Quality Authentic Japanese

 High end sushi restaurant in jemmayze. Great quality authentic sushi, expensive prices.

Pros :

+Imported Scottish and Japanese high quality products
+Fresh and good stored ingredients, ideal temperature and texture.
+Mix of sushi and hot dishes. Tasty grilled octopus.
+Flavorful and super tasty Hamashi sashimi and marinated salmon mixes (favorites)
+Big fish types and sources variety (Scallops, Otoro Tuna, Hamashi, Salmon, Squid..)
+Cozy atmosphere and ambience
+The desert “chocolat parfait” (ice cream and oreo) is recommended

Cons :

-Prices are expensive and some portions are small (like the sushi makis). For example for salmon, you would get the same Scottish/Norwegian quality at less expensive places. You’d need to order a hot dish and side rice to feel full.
-Sushi makis variety is small (not a con but in case you like the usual makis options)
-Avoid the Japanese sardines spring rolls (shishamo), unless you’re into strong fish oil tastes (we weren’t told)

Conclusion:

 recommended high quality authentic restaurant, but expect to pay a lot to feel full. They also have an Omakase experience (bar sushi with chef preparing special items) for around 900 000 LL/person then.
