Wakame:

Cozy place in mansourieh using good quality ingredients overall with some cons to improve on. The review wasn’t 100% anonymous because owner knew me but everything used was the same (checked before going). 7/10

Pros :

+ Good quality salmon imported Norwegian
+ Tasty tartar salmon item (second pic, if you like lemon flavor)
+ Tasty dragon shrimp 🍤 (item not to miss)
+ Temaki was filled with tasty salmon (nori not toasted though a little chewy)
+ They have some special items like the club sandwich( (and sushi cake) 🥮
+ Cozy place friendly staff

Cons :

-The salmon sashimi texture was a little soft not firm as it should be, indicating some handling cons (check sashimi pic), but still good taste.
-Ura cripsy Pieces aren’t very crispy
-The smoked salmon didn’t taste very good, not recommended for smoked salmon items currently

Pricing:

Good value for money overall for ingredients used. Around 10 000 LL/piece in sets. For example Duo set 24 pieces for 235 000 LL

Conclusion:

 A good place still using good quality ingredient. Some attention to details and storage is needed. Recommended overall.
